Mayer Reich

Founder & CEO


Mayer is an entrepreneur and growth strategist who’s spent the last 20 years helping startups and scale-ups punch above their weight. Before launching Prosperity AI, he led marketing at Seeking Alpha and founded RankAbove, a performance marketing firm trusted by global brands to figure out what actually works. The idea for Prosperity was born when his daughter asked how to manage her savings, and he realized even smart people have no idea where to start. Now he’s on a mission to make financial decisions smarter, faster, and a lot less stressful. When he’s not leading the charge at Prosperity, Mayer advises founders, watches sports highlights, tracks the markets, or tries to keep up with his five kids, and, no, there’s no playbook for that either.

Anusheel Bhushan

Co-Founder & CTO


Anusheel is a globally experienced product leader and technologist with a deep background in AI, software engineering, and scalable consumer platforms. Before co-founding Prosperity AI, he was the Co-Founder and CTO of Plato.ai, an Accel-funded company that scaled to Series A. Over his career, Anusheel has led software product development for more than 80 companies across 10 countries, bringing deep technical and operational expertise to every project. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from UC Irvine and a BTech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology. Anusheel also serves as an advisor and mentor at Stanford StartX, helping guide the next generation of founders. At Prosperity AI, he leads product and technology with a focus on turning financial complexity into simple, personalized action.
